Technical Services Manager

Job Purpose
To have a well-maintained property utilizing high quality maintance programmes and providing prompt technical support to all departments while maintaining a highly efficient energy management system.

Key Responsibilities

To assume full responsibilities for the cost-effective operation of the Engineering Department.

To prepare the annual and revised Engineering Department Budget in close cooperation with the Finance Manager and management, commensurate with operational requirements of the property.

To keep accurate records and monitor closely all Engineering budget expenditure.

To establish an efficient expense control system and countersign all invoices chargeable to the Engineering budget before proceeding.

To supervise the Engineering team in the performance of their duties.

To develop an efficient Preventive Maintenance Program.

Minimum qualifications
Appropriate degree in Engineering a reputable university.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the same position.
