Human Resource Manager
Job Profile
The position is responsible for managing the whole employee cycle, including recruitment management, workforce planning and development, culture management, coaching and mentoring, policy development, employee relations and performance management. The position will coordinate collaboratively with all departments to achieve the business’s strategic goals.
Competences and Attributes
Proven HR working experience with demonstratable record of professional achievements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at senior level with the credibility to influence collaboration and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
In depth and broad understanding of the Ugandan labor market and employment law, productivity processes, competitor SWOT analysis.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience in leading and handling complex matters.
Minimum qualifications
Bsc. Qualification in HR management
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
